Very nice place to stay, friendly staff, Lorenzo was excellent - we speak Italian but he also speaks English well, too. Very close to the beach, nice little outdoor space and surprisingly quiet considering it's right by the road. Parking was easy in October but might be a bit tight in August. Will be back.

It was great, basic room near the beach with a small patio. Be aware of the reception hours… you cannot check in or out if they are not open.

Located across the road from Poetto Beach. The road has been converted to a one way single car lane, two running lanes, bike lanes and a wide walking lane.
If you come here with expectations for the one star hotel that it is, you will be happy. The rooms are small, but clean with a small patio and clothes drying rack. The staff are good English speakers and very helpful. Reception is open only from 9:00 to 1:30 and 4;00 to 8:00. There are lots of beach restaurants, full restaurants and beach bars nearby. Many restaurants don’t open until 7:49 pm for dinner. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a pharmacy adjoins the hotel. You can buy a coupon for 3 Euros that entitles you to a coffee and crossant for breakfast at Il Lido, a couple of blocks away.

It was a bit small and the bed mattress kept sliding off the base. Great location though
