Amazing view from the balcony to the Basilica di San Saturnino and a great location in Cagliari. Nice, clean room and great service from the kind staff.
It's not a luxury place and not particularly nicely decorated, but I guess that can not really be expected for that price. Overall a good deal! We did miss a kettle in the room.

+ Good location of the facility - close to the city center, easy access from the airport.
+ During our stay (March) there was no problem with finding a parking space, on weekends the spaces are free.
+ The room was very clean.
+ Possibility of self-check-in in the evening.
+ The air conditioning was working.
- I specifically booked a more expensive room with a kitchenette, which turned out to be a joke - a sink with a cabinet with an electric stove, only one pot, a coffee maker, a plastic bowl, a plastic colander and disposable cups. The only plus is a working fridge.
- Mattress not the right size for the bed.
- TV with a broken base propped up with an old air conditioning remote - why would you even have something like that in the room?
- Some of the electrical outlets don't work at all.
- Thin walls - you can hear conversations in the corridors or adjacent rooms.
- Difficult contact with staff.
