The apartment is very clean, and well equipped. I arrived late, there was no reception already, but Mauro sent me all the details over WhatAapp, so I could easily enter the room. For the breakfast you get a ticket to be used at a close-by cafeteria, where you are served a capuccino, juice and a croissant, which was very good.
Walking up, with your luggage, from the train station is a bit challenging, as there are lots of stairs to climb. But that is not the fault of the appartment owners :-)
