Location is perfect, near a bakery that is the best in Cagliari, also close to train station and bus stop that takes you to Poetto Beach in 20 minutes, owner is so kind and helpful answered every question we asked and explained everything so clear. Room was so quiet, you are completely other part of the street. Room was clean, air conditioner works good and room is clean. Bed was comfortable and big maybe the pillows are a little thin. There is a fridge in the room, and common kitchen that you can drink tea coffee and find so many things that you need. Ps: Don’t buy beach umbrella as there are in the entrance that you can use.

Jurga was a lovely host with great communication skills; easy check in. Fabulous location close to train, bus and centre. Room was exactly like photo, spotlessly clean, enough space and lovely window to let fresh air in. Also had access to communal kitchen if needed. I enjoyed my stay!
Only a tiny negative, the room was quite dark.

Let's be honest, value for money is the only real reason to pick this place.
There are 6 long flaires of stares to reach the place without lift!
there are 3 different Doors to access the property.
Privacy is very limited, walls are thin and the small window was just next to the Main entrance of the Bed and Breakfast.
the smell of someone frying in the kitchen was impermeating the room.
Furniture is odd and odd placed.
Bathroom had a weird led light system costantly changing colourss
