Really cosy room with great facilities. Great location directly opposite St Helens Central for travel into Liverpool Lime Street. Room was very clean and had everything I needed! Easy to check in with door codes too.
Slightly noisy on a Friday/Saturday night but wasn't noisy for very long

Location is excellent if travelling by train. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was very clean & the shower powerful
The lighting in the bedroom was very dim, made worse by the dark blue wall colour.
Patrons leaving the pub below were very rowdy & didn’t disperse until gone 2am. Surprised the management haven’t dealt with this for their overnight guests. TV also wouldn’t turn on, remote probably needs new batteries, but difficult to tell due to poor lighting in the room
