It was very clean, spacious and modern, easily accessible and the lift was a bonus. Giulio was very accommodating and helpful and responded promptly. It was less than 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and lots of restaurants right outside the door. Only about 10/15 minute walk from the main train station. The shower was a bit dodgy with the hot and cold water, but apart from that we couldn’t afford it. It was also nice that it was more peaceful and quiet and authentic living around here and away from the crowds.

Great location about a 5 minute walk from the metro station and easy access to buses. You are in walking distance to the Colosseum. Room, bathroom and kitchen area are all perfect and super clean! Great price also.

Exceptional quick communication, amazing room and most comfortable bed I’ve experienced in years! For central Rome, the quietness, safety and comfort is surely unmatched.
I felt bad to keep disturbing the host on text, especially late at night when we were delayed. But no b&b is going to have a 24 hour reception! The lift takes getting used to but works perfectly!
