The setting and location close to both the beach and hotel’s facilities. Balcony views.
Quite a few disappointments, as we five adult guests expected Sebel standards given the branding and price .
Ungenerous provision generally: eg, only one set of (sticky and unlabelled) keys for 5 adults doing different activities: fewer hand towels and coffee pods than number of guests; minimal toiletries, etc.
Poor wifi in two bedrooms; fan not working in shared bathroom.
Inadequate helpful instructions, including for entry, dishwasher, heater, dryer, etc.
The most disappointing thing is the master suite - designed around a central spa bath which was non functional but its central position and lighting/fan switch means access to other necessary bathroom facilities - especially in the middle of the night! - cold, dark and lacking privacy (no toilet door)

4 bed 3 bathrooms 4 toilets, 3 storey house with 2 car garage, 2 min walk to beach, 5 min walk to local shops (chemist, hairdresser, petrol station, cafe, grocery shop) complex had a pool, tennis courrs, gym, lounge, kitchen and dinning on ground floor, 3 beds 2 bathrooms 2nd floor, 3rd bedroom with own lounge, tv and bathroom 3rd floor, good WiFi, delonghi nespresso coffee machine, well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, air-conditioning,
Windows were difficult to open, only fans in 2nd floor bedrooms no air con, outdoor setting haven for cobwebs/spiders
