If you’re looking for a place to stay where you can fully enjoy your beach vacation, don’t miss out on this charming property equipped with all the comforts: a comfortable living area with a sleeper sofa, a kitchenette, a cozy bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and a fantastic sheltered outdoor area where you can admire the sea and the gulf while sunbathing or enjoying a peaceful meal. All just a 5-minute walk from Lerici’s main square and the sea. The property also includes a private parking space.
The Space
The apartment is part of a four-family villa and consists of a spacious living area with a double sofa bed (140 cm), a fireplace, a large dining table, a TV, double windows, and a front door leading to the outdoor area. The kitchenette is equipped with a gas stove, an electric oven, a Bialetti capsule coffee machine, a fridge-freezer, and everything you need for cooking. The bathroom is spacious and has a window; it is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. The house has been renovated, and the appliances are new. The outdoor area is partly paved with terracotta tiles and partly a garden: there is a dining table with 6 chairs, a sun lounger, and a small barbecue. The access stairs are separated by a child safety gate. The parking space is exclusive to the accommodation and is located in a private area beneath the house.
Guest Access
The accommodation has a separate pedestrian entrance: You enter the property through a pedestrian gate, inside which you can leave a stroller if needed, without having to bring it into the house. After climbing a few steps, you’ll reach the outdoor area, which is also exclusive to the property.
Other things to keep in mind
The accommodations are located outside the ZTL (restricted traffic zone), so it can also be reached by guests’ friends who do not have a registered license plate.
To reach the town center, you can walk down a flight of stairs with wide steps that are easily navigable even with a stroller, in about 5 minutes.
To return home, you can also take the bus (Tellaro line), which takes about 5 minutes.
