Inside, the open-concept living area connects effortlessly to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and both a formal dining table for eight and a cozy breakfast nook for four, perfect for everything from casual morning coffee to family dinners.
For entertainment, guests can delight in the custom-designed kids’ bedroom, ensuring fun for all ages. Whether you’re planning a family reunion, group getaway, or just a relaxing escape, Cape Retreat provides the ideal home base for creating unforgettable memories.

- PLEASE NOTE for this community Windsor Cay, after reserved (when arrival instructions are received) it will be necessary to fill out a form FOR CHECK-IN INTO THE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE LINK to get an access QR CODE
- POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub— Some of spa may not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
- GRILL:
We do not offer a BBQ grill for guests. If you wish for the contact of a rental company, please reach out.
- PLEASE, NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER GAME CONSOLES IN OUR PROPERTIES

Pool was perfect for my young family and house layout was great…really enjoyed the house and all individual roomsWifi was a bit sporadic but overall is great facility within 10 minute walk to Clubhouse
