What a cool, hidden gem! Patrick met us at the door and helped us haul our luggage to our room. We were here for 9 days and we were very comfortable. The property was well maintained, clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was well appointed and the shower was AMAZING. The bed was clean, comfortable, and the little storage cubby had an extra comforter that we used a couple of the first nights when it was cool. We loved that we could open the window and could use the shutters for privacy. The location in Prati is perfect - it's quiet (for Italy standards) and in a great location. All we had to do was walk across the bridge to be in the heart of everything. We will definitely stay here again! Grazie di tutto!

Location is great, right by the river and walking distance to most attractions, Vatican City is very close. Rooms are remodeled and clean.
