Room (604) really nice, quiet and comfortable.
No mini-fridge to store cold water etc. Breakfast offerings was suitable to kick-start your day.
Smokers had an area outside the breakfast area which is fine but doors not always closed which is off-putting if you can’t stand cigarette smoke.
I wouldn’t say the staff are 100% attentive so don’t expect an engaging customer experience.

Newer hotel and you can tell because while the rooms are Paris small they are well appointed and the decor and layout of it all is smart and just looks good. And the bus is riiiiiight across the street: what a great start to my stay in Paris!

I was very surprised by the quality of the room. It was tastefully renovated and very clean. The AC was cold and quiet and made for a great sleep. Friendly staff and would definitely stay again.
