We stayed for 9 nights at this property in the center of Franklin; it is brand new and was very clean. It is within one block of four great restaurants. A store that rents bikes for many of the area trails (we rode 5 miles along the Allegheny River on a paved trail to Belmar Bridge) is just over a block away. A store with great olive oil/balsamic vinegar options is across the street and also sells authentic gelato. There is a brewery about 1/2 block away. We also traveled to Conneaut Lake (just over 30 miles away) to visit a winery/distillery. Katrina Percy, host, answered my many questions before we arrived. She was quite friendly and helpful in planning our stay.

I stayed in this wonderful VRBO for two weeks and had zero issues. It was way cheaper, quieter, and cleaner than any hotel I’ve stayed at. Extra supplies were always available, and the loft layout was fabulous — living room and kitchen downstairs, with a full bedroom and bathroom upstairs plus tons of closet space.Best part was the location. Right in the middle of town and within walking distance to all the best restaurants, stores, and shops.12/10 would absolutely recommend.
