The property was clean, “middle class” neighborhood. We had a hot shower, and air conditioning! Checkin was really easy, owners responded to right away. We were very comfortable here!

This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".)
We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect!
The house is not high fashion but it is clean, comfortably furnished, and smelled fresh. (I particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa.) The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and soft.
It was nice to have reserved parking in front of the door, but, since I didn't need my car for most of the week, the owner let me park in the (shady) back yard.
The owner also recommended a very nice restaurant for a date-night. Shakespeare's: which i highly endorse as well.
Overall, a definite "10".

If you’re going to an event at the local college it’s a perfect spot. Easy walk to and from. Very clean. The extras like fans, dog bowls and dog lead. Made our life easier.

We loved our stay at the Campus Cove on College Hill.We especially appreciated how nice and helpful the owners were. We will defiinitely come back.
