La posizione era ottima, vicinissima a tram, bus e fermata della metro.
Bar, ristoranti e 2 piccoli supermercati a piano terra dello stabile.
Appartamento pulito, curato, ordinato, ben gestito.
Parcheggio comodissimo in garage.
Non c'era la ventola in bagno e dopo le nostre 4 docce l'umidità era davvero tanta.
Nonostante questo l'appartamento era perfetto e non c'era muffa o tracce di umidità residua. Però un aspiratore secondo me sarebbe comunque necessario.

Die Ausstattung und die Lage waren super. Die Wohnung geräumig und modern.
Die Abwicklung und Regeln waren sehr viele. Ich habe sehr viel Nachrichten zur Organisation bekommen. Ich habe um eine Verlängerung um 1h gebeten, das wurde abgelehnt, ist ok, aber schade.

New block, large apartment
-On the ground floor, in a room next to the exit corridor, there's the trash disposing area. That door frequently was left open, in spite of many signs not to do that or leave trash outside of the bins, which generated a nasty garbage smell when entering and exiting the building. That being said, it's not an inconvenience for which I would not the location again, just a minor unpleasance.
-in a visible nearby area there are construction works. They stop during the evening hours, so no issues sleeping normally, but during the day, if you want to sleep until 10-11, you will be deranged by them.

El apartamento está perfecto, muy nuevo y muy limpio. Con un horno y lavadora que funcionan muy bien, una cama muy cómoda y un sofá cama grande y cómodo.
El frigorífico es grande, esto se agradece para poder tener comida y algo en el congelador.
Está situado muy cerca de un Lidl y muy cerca de la linea B de metro. También tiene a menos de 5 minutos las líneas 12/15 y 20 que te llevan directo al puente de Carlos en menos de 10 minutos. Muy bien situado, en una zona nueva y muy tranquila.
El parking que ofrecen es muy bueno, fácil de encontrar y plazas grandes.
Que no hayamos podido estar más tiempo.
