Cute surf shack-esque house. Well maintained and all amenities up to par. Sweet location of the highway at the end of the street

The main room was lovely and comfortable. The bedrooms were also quite nice, bathroom too. The owners were very nice and helpful
I did not like the location being 3 feet away from another house that is also a car repair place with a broken down van in the driveway
The view from the deck had many wires and hwy in front and a view of 20 empty flower pots at business next door
The stairs, railing and front deck needed repainting a few years ago. It is not inviting. Dirty
People need to be warned about just how many stairs up, 18. And, once in the house the bathroom is downstairs so you must go up and down every time
Shelves in the kitchen were so high impossible to reach some things with no step ladder. One closet downstairs, impossible to reach up to hang things because so high. The price was too high given the location of the house and the things I mention above
