The condo was perfect for our family and loved the location on the beach. Having the beach chairs and umbrella as part of the unit was a extra bonus.
The only thing that this condo was missing was having beach towels. Also, you are supposed to wear wrist bands to use amenities. We were even approached by security regarding not having wrist band. However, after multiple requests to get bands they were never provided, so we didn't use the pool again.

The views being right on the ocean, up high. In the room, the owner had a boogy board and 2 beach chairs to sit in the ocean. Plus having access to beach chairs & umbrella as part of the price of the space.
The sink and tub in master was not draining correctly. The floors in master seemed like they need replaced or resealed. Some dishes were not clean. Better shampoo and conditioner would be nice.

The property was easy to find and get into. Pier Park is a 9 minute drive down the street that has tons of places to eat and is great to walk around with the family. The condo was amazing; it's huge and being on the 13th floor gave us amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds and pull out couch. Don't forget to check the closets because there's all kinds of things you can use- beach toys, chairs, a boogie board, etc. The cubby to keep your shoes while you're on the beach was a major plus!
The only thing I did not like was the bed in the suite. It's really high up and super firm. I personally do not like a firm bed, but my husband does so he didn't complain. I still slept fine. It would also be nice if the property had its own little restaurant and bar.
