Great location and price. Properties a bit run down

Great location. Less than 5 minutes to Dollywood

Property was in need of some maintenance. The air con unit was leaking when we arrived so the second bedroom carpet was extremely wet. The unit wasn’t fixed by the time we left.

False advertising, broken back screen door, no upstairs outlets worked and no air condition upstairs….will never waste m

Nothing really

Parking sucked, half the outlets in the unit didn’t work and it wasn’t just ours it was others as well. Lights flickering upstairs with the power off. No working ceiling fans in the whole unit. No internet connection bc router was covered by pool towels which made it hot ( I was generous enough to move them and fix that problem). Then what was shown on booking was not what we walked into, wasn’t told it was a 2 story apartment so my daughter had trouble getting up and down the stairs bc she had surgery on her ankle 2 months ago. Then bc of how their steps are outside my daughter fell off the front porch twisting her other ankle bc of the cement decorative squares in the dirt. Then as we are packing up our vehicle, we are asked if we were checking out ( at this time it’s 9am, check out is 10am) and I said yes, they asked if they could go in…I replied no bc my kids are still on there getting their stuff together. Don’t like being rushed out the door and still have an hr to check out. They limit the use of the apartment, can’t use outlets, can adjust ac bc it was hot in the unit that we had to buy our own box fans to be slightly comfortable, but yet charge a hefty amount for damn near nothing. I will definitely not be staying here again and I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this place neither. I could have been more comfortable and accommodating at a 3 star motel.

It needs remodel but close to everything!

location was great. Close to the island. Close to Dollywood. pricing was good.

pool was very disappointing. not hot tub! condo old and a bit run down. look like it was last remodeled in the early 90's.

Overall a good place to stay close to Dollywood and other attractions

The location was great a beautiful view

The time of check in couldn’t go in no earlier then four and the cleaning was still going on after four before we could go in and enjoy our stay
