Location and proximity to everything we needed to connect with. On site amenities—private pool and home theatre were great selling points.
Was a bit dusty for a family with dust sensitivities and allergies. Pockets of moss / mildew growth from water exposure around the pool. There were signs of previous rental damages that were of concern as we did not want to be blamed for the damages — wall by the grill, broken bunk bed flats, areas of pool screen busted out.

The house was fantastic! Great location and with easy reach of restaurants and shopping. The pool area was lovely and the cinema was a great bonus!
Just to note, it does have WIFI even though the overview says no!

A ton of space for everyone, fantastic pool and the movie theater was top notch and the highlight. Very comfortable beds, loved having all the full bathrooms for everyone.
Pool light wasn’t working that shines on the pool area, probably just a bad bulb. I don’t really have any other complaints and will definitely book here again.
