La struttura è ideale per visitare il centro di Tirano e per la partenza per il Trenino rosso del bernina. Il check in e check out totalmente online hanno permesso di entrare ed uscire con rapidità dalla camera. La camera risulta pulita, nuova, fornita di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Nonostante la vicinanza al centro i rumori esterni erano ben isolati. Assolutamente consigliata.

Das Zimmer ist wirklich super schön und genauso wie auf den Fotos abgebildet! Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und das Doppelzimmer hat auch ausreichend Platz für Gepäck. Die Lage ist wirklich super, alles ist fußläufig sehr schnell zu erreichen.
Leider hatte das Kopfkissen auf dem Bezug einen riesigen Fleck. Die Bezüge der Kissen und die Habdtücher haben sehr faul gerochen. Die Decke hatte garkeinen Bezug und hat auch streng gerochen.

Des chambres modernes et bien équipées en plein centre pas trop loin de la gare. L’arrivée autonome sans problème mais c’est assez impersonnel et surtout le code d’entrée arrive au tout dernier moment : à 18h alors qu’il est annoncé peu après 15h. Soit…
Le problème de l’absence d’accueil et de réception ce sont ces petits détails irritants : l’ascenseur sert à stocker l’aspirateur par exemple. Jamais vu ça ailleurs. Mais le vrai souci c’est l’absence de contrôle qualité. Les draps de lit avec des poils et des taches. Pas changé depuis le dernier client ? C’est évidemment inacceptable. Il faut respecter un minimum le client.
