Very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great host. Ideal location, just a short stroll from the many shops, restaurants, Pavillion and train station. Lytham itself has a lovely friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

The property was beautiful, really comfortable but also stylish and spotlessly clean. Communication with the hosts was very good. All the facilities were well thought out and we definitely want to come back and stay longer. It also in a perfect location for Lytham festival, which is literally round the corner from the property.
