Great location and very welcoming and comforting.

The cottage was delightful and we loved the welcome pack, which is rare these days. We also loved the big freezer and the outside patio. It was very quiet and spacious.
A few more cereal bowls would be good and some serving spoons. Bins in the bedrooms are essential and the bath needs mould removal and some resealing. Instructions for microwave and cooker were absent.

The location was perfect for local transport ,and,Lytham train station.
Beautiful 5 minutes walk to the the famous windmill ,and,sea front .
The cottage was immaculate ,with,welcoming vibes.
The two bedrooms ,were, spacious and made for 4 nights ,of, wonderful sleep.
Everything was perfect .

Stayed at the property previously so knew what to expect. Lovely little cottage with good self catering facilities for a couple.
Location great for walking along the sea front
Only reasons we didn’t give top score is sofa starting to be less comfortable due to wear & tear & possibly time to upgrade the TV.
Dogs not allowed upstairs even though it is listed as a dog friendly property
Our little dog couldn’t get up the stairs now as they are narrow & steep. Just noting in case anybody has a dog that would expect to be with the humans upstairs.
