I liked everything, it was far better than we expected the apartment was superb, clean, spacious well equipt. Parking was easy, local shops and pub within easy walking distance. There was a great bus service just around the corner, we even had a trip to Blackpool on the bus, it returned us just around the corner, we cleaned up and walked to the local pub and had a great meal.
We struggled with the shower controls in the downstairs bathroom. Wifi bit hit and miss.

It was very spacious. Rooms & bathrooms were good size. Near to Lytham green. Bus stop nearby & parking at the door.
I couldn’t really fault it anywhere. In the lounge would have liked higher back settees, made your neck ache looking up at the television .

Beautiful property mostly immaculate just some balls of fluff behind the living room door. Beds extremely comfortable. Prime location for Lytham. Well equipped. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
Just maybe check behind doors when cleaning. No other complaints.

Perfect location for those visiting Lytham. A short walk from the sea front and the town centre. Very suitable for families and dog friendly. Lovely comfortable beds in spacious smart bedrooms. Well equipped attractive kitchen.
