The location was great for our purposes as the hotel is close to a dock with boat tour to Amalfi and close to a train station with quick access to the city center on one hand and to Pompeii on the other. In addition there are a number of restaurants and bars nearby making in a lively vicinity. I also appreciated the attentive manager.
The rooms are not fancy but they are adequate.

The place is great: you live really close to the beach and to the station, which makes moving around as easy as just getting some sun. Rooms are clean and spacious, the stuff is kind, attentive and helpful. In the room you have refrigirator, cups, kettle, tea and sugar, and the coffee maker is right outside in the corridor. The sea view rooms have superb view. Hotel also provides you with 15% coupons for the bar outside.
When you leave the room and take the card out, electricity for the room tuns off, which makes AC and freezer stop working. Wasn't really issue for us, but might be for some.

It’s very convenient to go around Naples, Ercolano, and even Salerno through train, it’s just less than 5 minutes walk to the station! Fausta is exceptionally helpful and very accommodating. I would definitely go back and stay there next time we visit Naples!
