Good location. Parking available. Good communication from host. Clean apartment, spacious. Fans and AC worked well. Always hot water when needed. Good facilities - coffee maker and pods/washing machine. Towels. (Could do with a clothes airer.) Pool clean and area well maintained. Enough sun loungers (this was month of May.)
Fridge wasn't working and getting to temp. so annoying beep every few minutes - even after maintenance guy was meant to fix it was just the same! Frustrating. Also ice machine on freezer seemed covered in frost and not working. If noises affect you then the sound of vehicles going over that manhole/drain plate is a pain. Didn't both me at all but my husband notices things like that and it is pretty loud. One night a group of young men were making a lots of noise from 8-10pm and it was intimidating for smaller children plus noisy for everyone else. And the lift near us was out of action for the whole week. Near Publix.

It was a great location !! Great view, easy to get around to places we needed to go and clean and Very comfortable . Would stay there again !!
