Our stay in Kalambaka was wonderful; we felt like truly welcome guests. The new apartment in a fully refurbished house overlooking Meterora hills is incredibly comfortable, well designed, featuring new furnishing, smelling fresh and spotless clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, utensils, plates, cutlery, and pots. There is no need to worry about basics like salt; the hosts provided a supply of tea and spices. The lighting is excellent—virtually every seating area has its own lamp—and there is plenty of space to organize your belongings. Despite the high temperatures outside, we did not really need air conditioning as the walls did not heat up much, hence the rooms felt airy and cool. Although there were some roadworks outside we were not attected by any noise as the windows are sound - proof.
The apartment is decorated tastefully, with a clear focus on guests' comfort and convenience. We were delighted by the welcoming touches, such as sweets, drinking water, jam, honey, butter and fine toiletries in the bathroom. Immediate and friendly contact with the hosts made us feel safe and secure. Well-prepared instructions made our stay easy, eliminating any guesswork. Guests also have access to board games, books , lovely albums and good TV channels.
All in all, we experienced genuine hospitality, kindness and wished we could stay longer. Dear Host, thank you for everything.
