Nanda and her Aunt have made our stay the most comfortable anyone ever could. They received us before check-in time, offered us snacks and tea/coffee, made the room ready for us. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. Everything was new and perfectly finished, the AC worked very well no noise. Also the house is in a very quiet location off the main road which gives you proper rest at night! It is very close to all the cafes/restaurants and the beach is just a 5 min walk away. You will have to walk a steep mountain up, but sometimes we took a tuk tuk.

Perfect stay in Hiriketiya. Great location, just a short 5 minute walk to the beach, up the road from some of the main shops. Very quiet at night away from the hustle and bustle but also easy to walk to restaurants. Very nice and clean homestay, was a delight coming back to this room every day after spending time on the beach. Good working AC and shower. Spot to dry clothes outside but no on sure laundry service (plenty of options locally). Hosts were lovely and helped us with sorting a motorbike to rent for our trip, also let us store some bits in the fridge. Best wifi during out month long trip in Sri Lanka, stable and fast!
Nothing - highly recommend. There is no option to pay for breakfast so just be aware of this.

Very kind and caring host, felt save and comfortable. Location is perfect and the Center of hiriketiya is in 5min walking distance.

Nice quiet area, great comfortable room and bed, very new, bathroom and shower is the best one we’ve had in Sri Lanka in this price range (no smells, hot water, good water pressure), very friendly people and good service!
You are in the same building as the family and we could sometimes hear them in their part of the building. No hard noises but occasionally a ringtone. It didnt bother us but you might if you’re looking for total privacy
