Heel mooi en groot appartement, in duplex met een terras aan de slaapkamer én bovenaan. Dicht bij het strand en toch rustic gelegen.
De buitenkant kan wel terug een laag verf gebruiken

This place is not for those who look for luxury and heating artificial pools. It is for people looking for privacy and magical moments. The apartment is big and very clean. The kitchen is a bit old but functional. The view is astonishing!!! It is sometging you do not experience often. What is a real treasure is place on the rock down the house. Even in the strong wind and huge waves you can swim in the natural sea pool and then subathe in the sun in the most romantic place in the world, watching the ocean and not sharing it with nobody else!

It is a small town. In the building there are couple apartments and look like locals live there. It is right by the rocks but no access to water or beach. The place is like a classic Canarian home. includes 3 stories. the main one is a living room with kitchen and bathroom. the second is a bedroom and bathroom and on top there is a deck without any roof over. What I liked about it is the location of conveniently close to the street and you need to find parking around it but a very quiet location if you are staying in there. I liked the views but it was crazy windy.
I will try to be as honest as possible. I am coming from Poland and there is a saying "cudze chwalicie, swego nie znacie" I really do not have high expectations but I am grateful from where I am coming from. Let me describe to you my experience. First when we arrived we felt that the place needs a little bit of cleaning. We haven't found any dirty dishes but the place felt old like it was not taken care of properly or cleaned properly. We were left with a half roll of toliet paper and even though the host told us that we can buy it and reimburse it felt as a bad aftertaste and not a best first impression. The bathrooms also did not see any restoration so another submersive experience in authentic Canarian living. Fortunately we only spent evenings and nights there so I can comment on those. It was EXTREMELLY windy there! Other parts of the island were not so much windy when we travelled. At night I felt like I would be sleeping in the middle of the ocean on a boat because of the wind hitting the windows which were rattling and I was worried they would fall out. Second floor were where my kids slept and when I checked in there were constant noises coming from the neighbours. This happened Every night, and I have to say we were there in the middle of the week without any holidays (I admire people who work but yet stay up until 4AM, unless this is a cultural factor). On the premises of the building there was constant construction (we were glad that we didn't spend days there because of the constant dust and noise). Again this is my honest opinion and it should not stop you to use it as during your time you might not experience what I did.
