The location is great. Streets aren't crowded, unsafe or sketchy at night. It's close to metro with some paid parking spaces around. It's close to stores, cafe and restaurants.
At arrival there was a bad smell in the entrance of the building. It wasn't following you to the elevator and was gone within a couple of days, yet, not the best first impression.
Finding a parking spot during the day is tricky. It's alright for parking between 7PM and 9AM though.

Muito confortável e não se ouve qualquer ruído.
No apartamento gostei de tudo, o único senão foi no Hall do edifício deixavam sacos e ficava algum mau cheiro, mas era pontualmente.
