Clean, perfect amount of rooms for privacy for all guests, linen and towels included, comfy big lounge / lounge room, utensils included, large fridge and island bench in kitchen.
Sewerage smell downstairs that came and went throughout the day, (bit hard to control, we understand)

The property was spacious and in a location in good proximity to the main town. Easy walking distance to the local pub. The kitchen/dining area was a good layout. The bedrooms were pretty and spacious. Great views from the sun room.
Unfortunately the property was pretty dirty, most of the plantation shutters were broken, and there were missing glass panels in the sunroom, which meant there were a lot of bugs and dirt. Most of the dinner plates had baked on food which meant we had to clean the last guests dishes. The handle on the larger frying pan was wobbly and broken, and the smaller frying pan had no handle at all. The TV downstairs didn't work, but we figured out there were no batteries in the remote, and unfortunately several rooms (downstairs bedroom, upstairs bathroom) had no lighting. It's clear the property needed a bit of love and attention. The wifi was pretty bad. I'd recommend the owner gets a new cleaner.
