Great location. easy walk to the Riverina Playhouse.
It was difficult to actually locate the room, as the location had not been explained to us at reception adequately. The toilet door did not close. The dining chairs were mis-matched. I could not work the microwave to heat our dinner. There were cracks and peeling paint in the lounge area. There were no extra blankets. The parking area was not sufficient for 2 cars. We had to ask the young woman in the front room to move her car for us to leave.
