We stayed here for three nights and had a pleasant and truly calming experience. Mr. Bimal, the property manager, was extremely helpful, responsive and attentive to our needs. The other staff members were also friendly and courteous throughout our stay. They made us feel at home and ensured everything was hassle-free.
The property is well-maintained, clean, and looks just as good as it does in the photos. The food was delicious and had a lovely homemade taste with most meals customised to our preferences.
Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable place to unwind and relax.

An absolutely gorgeous heritage villa. Small touches throughout the house that reflects the grandeur of the ancient “Theravada” homes. Also, Mr. Bimal and his team made us feel so welcome and took care of all our needs; it’s felt like we were staying with family. This is tough especially considering we were a multi- generational family. The food was amazing too and all home made from scratch.

Our stay at Seclude Karthika Nivas was truly memorable. I stayed here 2 nights with my husband and my 78 -year-old mother-in-law, and we were touched by the genuine hospitality throughout our visit by the Property Manager Mr Bimal though we only get to enjoy the nights sleep still the property made us feel like kinda traditional antique palace with modern amenities and fixtures.
The heritage property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. My 2 days morning alarm was peacocks squawks .
The rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious, tasty, there is variety to choose for breakfast bread omelet masala tea made by chef karunakaren was excellent and the atmosphere made us feel completely relaxed.
A special thank you to Mr. Bimal and the entire team for their exceptional care, kindness, and attention to every detail. They made us feel like family and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable from beginning to end. Plus advise us accordingly for sightseeing.
We will always remember our wonderful time at Seclude Karthika Nivas and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Kerala heritage experience. We look forward to visiting again!
