juSTa Luxe Kashi Parampara, Varanasi

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making us feel valued and comfortable from the moment we arrived.

The property did not appear to be 100 years old as advertised. Additionally, it is located in a lane that is prone to waterlogging, which can make access difficult, especially during unfavorable weather conditions. For visitors to Varanasi, I would recommend choosing a property that is easily accessible by cab for a more convenient and comfortable stay.

I wish to thank Mr Arun & the whole juSTa Luxe Kashi Parampara staff for making our stay in Banaras unforgettable. Restaurant staff were simply amazing. So attentive to our needs, very friendly & go out of way just to make us happy. Reception team was also very helpful & efficient. Housekeeping & Driver were very pleasant. Room was aesthetic, clean, comfortable. Amenities provided were nice. The hotel itself has a calm, peaceful & positive aura. The welcome aarti was spectacular. The Kathak at night added an interesting touch. Again, thanks to Mr Arun for arranging our itinerary, and organized all our sight seeings. I will come back & definitely stay at the hotel again.

It was very clean, all the staff had very good behaviour, the banarasi paan was awesome. The evening hi tea also had a vareity of items and the taste was amazing.
