Great place, great host 🙂

Great place to stay to visit Reading, Oxford and Henley. Great host, perfectly equipped annexe. Beds made up on arrival. Everything we needed. Thank you 🙂

Lovely place to stay, good value

Good communication from owner prior to stay with clear and simple instructions on how to get there, access the properly etc. It was really homely and cosy and we had everything needed with good facilities. Would highly recommend.

TV could possibly be upgraded to offer Smart TV features but appreciate watching TV on a break away isn’t everyone’s priority!

A fantastic homely stay in a beautiful village.

It was incredibly homely and felt like staying at a family members house. Loads of toys for the kids as well.

Friendly host and nice, quiet location. Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen.

Very comfortable bed. All appliances provided, with a great kitchen. Nice location, in a small village down a narrow lane. WiFi worked fine. Would make a very nice holiday retreat in fine weather.

I couldn't get the heating and hot water to work on the first night, and there was no Vodafone signal, so couldn't call the owner, so had an early night. For future reference, the owner's notes said the heating controls are in the hall, which, to me, is between the front door and the living area, but in fact it was a cupboard next to the toilet. When switched on, the second night, was great and the shower was fine.
