As shown in pictures, comfortable bed, basic room, shared kitchen and dining area. Great WiFi. Good heat. Very responsive host. Good quality cookware. Storage locker in kitchen for personal supplies. We were in Room 10 right next door to the kitchen which was very convenient. Even though it’s 1.5 km from the bus station, we had no trouble walking there with our suitcases because the sidewalks of Punta Arenas are wide and nicely paved.

Bathroom is small - one person at a time. Very nice to have a private bathroom though!
