I am writing to you because we are disappointed with the apartment you rented to us for over 1,000 EUR. There were three families of us here. My brother paid 700 EUR, and my sister paid 800 EUR. Their apartments are completely renovated, offer a view of the pool, and include a private balcony, an additional table, and chairs. In our apartment, which in on 4th floor, looks to the very trafic and noisy road even the night, the fifth bed is unsuitable for sleeping—it lacks a pillow and bedding. The toilet is old and has no ventilation, and the kitchen table is not large enough for 5 people. The window in the main room—where the extra bed is located—faces a busy road; it cannot be closed completely, nor can the curtains be drawn to darken the room. As a result, noise from the road is clearly audible throughout the entire apartment, making it very difficult to sleep in the main room. Furthermore, the refrigerator made a loud noise during the night. The apartment is on the fourth floor, which is certainly not an advantage—my brother and sister are on the second and third floors. Although you offer this as an apartment for five people, it is inferior to the other two apartments, which are for four people. Additionally, the area where the washing machine is located is cluttered with junk, leaving no room for a drying rack. And a lot of other damaged or not working equipment. Even the air conditioning failed to cool the entire apartment adequately—likely partly due to it being on the 4th floor—so we had to open the windows at night; as a result, the noise made it impossible for us to sleep. Consequently, we returned home exhausted and lacking sleep. In short, your apartment is significantly worse, yet it cost considerably more; therefore, we expect a refund of at least 250 EUR. Location was good and convenient for bus services

Requires a kettle and additional mirror in the second bedroom. Elvis impersonator in the Steak bar opposite playing the same play list EVERY night, probably nothing that can be done!!

Never again

The shower was full of black mould and had a cracked basin. The fans had never been maintained so were very dirty and full of dust.. (both people having copd so any dust and black mould is a big issue)The door handle lock kept falling out. We got flooded one night with water and only had towels to dry the floor so then went without a shower as we had no towels. No kettle for a hot drink. The plugs didnt fit the sink so the water drained. Then the owner was stood outside our door waiting for us to leave which we found very uncomfortable and strange as we have never experienced this in our time using booking.com. the day after we took the keys out of the safe the key safe was gone.. it felt very controlled. We had no warning that the gates were locked at night so we panicked and stressed that we couldn't get in. Unfortunately we wouldnt come here again.. the pictures dont show the true state of the apartment. The sofa bed was filthy when pulled out. Although the guy offered to scrub the black mould (worse thing to do as it releases the spores into the air) we had to leave it. He apologised for not warning us about the gates being locked but the other issues.. like standing right outside the door made us very uncomfortable and not want to return. No offer of any goodwill gesture had been made..
