Excellent apartment on the outskirt of downtown Reykjevik. Very close to main downtown attractions but not within walking distance. Need a car to move around but the bus stop is right outside so commute is not a problem. Free parking is avaible near the building. very neat and clean neighborhood, close to shopping center and main highways. Its a one bedroom apartment though in US standards. Sofa bed is in the living room/Kitchen and good enough for two people to sleep. all the applicance are modern and need a bit googling to get used to. Kitchen is well equipped. Overall a very nice place to stay when you are with family on vacation.
Communiaction with the host is a bit challanging. We asked a couple of questions and got reply to just one. May be call or message on whatsapp.

Very nice modern apartment, everything I needed was there. High quality furniture, washing machine, all kitchen appliances, coffee maker. 50' smart TV.
The location is central to everything in Reykjavik and parking is easy but a bit less available during office hours. Found a great restaurant just around the corner, Yndisauki, supermarket within walking distance, a shopping mall nearby.
Bit of an issue to contact the host, had a long flight and was worried that no reply after 2 messages through Booking.com, but when I called I promptly got the check in information before landing in Iceland.
