The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well every night. The location was a little further from the Excel centre than I had appreciated from Google maps, but was very handy to the Docklands Light Rail.
The bathroom is not ensuite, although is apparently for the sole use of the room in question. Bathroom access is through a small common area shared between what seems like 3 rooms. I saw the occupants of the other two rooms once each during my 4 day stay, so not very intrusive. I think they must have ensuite facilities in their rooms. There is a fridge and some disposable bowls and cutlery, but no tea or coffee making facilities.

Overall, it was easy to access, and the surrounding area was quite good
The toilet seat was taken off completely, not sure why. The fridge was pretty messy from the inside, and the apartment was quite different compared to the picture with regards to the overall quality and cleanliness.
