Wouldn’t go back

There was no parking pass and vehicle was about to get towed, it took the cleaning crew till the next afternoon to get the pass to us , the sliding door to the patio was filthy, also very hard to open, couch needs to be cleaned

Don't waste your money this place and throw people who manage it are a bunch of lazy jokes

Only steps to the beach and at a great price range for the 4 nights we intended on staying.

This place is a joke.... customer service is awful and housekeeping dosent do there job! The place has black mold on the shower curtain, black mold growing on the sliding door curtain the sinks back up when you flush the toliet and run the dishwasher. Oh wait let's not forget about the edibles that my 3 year old son found in the couch or that the dishes we pulled out of the cabinet to use wasn't washed and was sitting in some kind of sticky brown stuff. The freezer was full of yellow sticky stuff in the door and the trash can had trash juice all on top of the lid and weeks of caked on juice and dirt in the bottom of the trash can itself. Also there was workers there on Tuesday to board up and block of our balcony for construction that supposedly mgnt didnt know about that either. So our room was left dark and gloomy with a peice of plywood covering the whole door and told us we could no longer use it.And last but not least we arrived on sunday and wasn't even given a pool key to access the pool until after 6pm on Tuesday. We had advised the property manager via personal text and through booking.com on sunday afternoon around 7pm and we didnt get access to use the pool until Tuesday night. We understood that they couldn't help that the previous people had accidentally taken it with them but come on. We paid for a pool and running water and draining sinks but apparently to them it's no big deal we had addressed the sink drain issues on Monday and no one ever came out to even look at it for us or try to make it right with our stay. So we left on Wednesday night instead of staying the full 4 nights. We had advised mgnt and all they said was "we will let our team know of the issues you have brought to our attention"! "Safe travels back to Tennessee." This was the worst place we have ever stayed at. No refunds were given or offered for our stay because of the issues or anything. Please just do yourself a favor and don't book it.

It’s good if you’re not in the room for long

The beachfront

Not very clean, no towels, broken showers, pool across the street, not much parking, fire alarm going off for no reason, sand in beds
