The property was amazing. Great pool hours. Everything very clean.
The company we went through to book the room. My husband got scheduled to have a heart catheterization unexpectedly and the refused to refund our money. I understand it was no refund but I think there should be exceptions like a medical emergency or death in the family. Situations happen that people have no control over. He postponed it because if not being able to be refunded, he refused to lose his money. Thankfully nothing happened to home while we were there. Also no one answers the phone when you call. I had 2 separate numbers and no one answered, you had to send a text message. This was through a company called Big Fish Rentals. Very disappointed in them. We will be booking through someone different when we go back. This has nothing to do with Booking.com they tried to help us get refunded.

We liked the location and the amenities
My main complaint was the WiFi. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a private WiFi for the unit. It was very hard to connect to and didn’t work most of the time.
