I loved the location and being so close to the beach. I also really enjoyed the amenities that the condo community offers.
There are only 2 elevators per tower which made it really long to check in and out. At times to leave it was really congested and we had to wait several times. We had a handicap person with us so we could not take the stairs. I also wish the sofa bed had a better mattress it was not comfortable at all. We ended up buying a topper after the first night.

5 Stars: We were satisfied and may return. The listing was clean and accurately described. Beautiful facility with several pools and saunas. It was quite and relaxing (no noisy neighbors). Big Fish Rentals was very friendly and attentive. They have a nice restaurant and coffee shop in the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

The location was perfect and staff was responsive. So much room and privacy. The condos seemed to be soundproof as we heard no beach commotion. Didn't see a singular roach and the condo was clean! Also because the doors were keyless we didn't have to worry about losing a key. Very helpful!!
The app wouldn't let me verify my identity and the front desk scared me by telling me bigfish left at 4 and I would have to get another room for 600+... Thankfully they responded very quickly with the door code. The front desk staff did not speak highly of Big fish but our experience was completely different. Very prompt and reassuring
The only other thing I did not like was the many messages about my stay ending a day before so it also gave me pretty bad anxiety. Big fish quickly responded to my anxieties and reassured me the automated messages went out too early.

Location was great, simple check in- smooth efficient. The bed was comfortable - most important. Access to the beach was easy, and fun. Granite countertops in the kitchenette and bathroom. Great section of dishes and cookware, though we didn't use any of it. The beach views were amazing. And the room was super quiet, didn't hear a peep from the next room once. Heavenly!
The room over needed repairs/renovations. Paint peeling from the ceiling. Lights not working, missing wall plugs just a cord on the bedroom wall lamp. One light in the bedroom and the switch was nowhere near a door. Tub held water ankle deep after a 10 minute shower (slow drain) - reported this for maintenance to correct. Tile floor is damaged in places. Nice place but needs TLC.
