The food was really good. The service at the Beergarden was really efficient. The staff was amazing. We enjoyed our meals, we made used off the app and received some discounts which was real handy. The contactless check-in was effortless, although I prefer the personal touch and talking to someone.
the room was really small. I mean as in small. A smart car is big. I had to leave some stuff in the car, beacuse the room was too small to bring it all out. I would've like them to refill our coffee pods in the mornings. ( but there was possibly not enough room). I phoned when I arrived at the carpark to check where is best to park, since I as a first timere here, I wasn't sure. But the lady answering the phone had no clue either and had to check the website telling me there is 110 carspots onsite. duh. I told her that I parked behind the pokies if that was right, so when she said no there is 110 parks onsite I confirmed with her " ok so I am at the wrong spot and should look in front? Unknwoingly she made me drive around the block for nothing. Thats what you get when there is no reception, and only an off site call centre. Not good!

We we're a bit nervous booking here however upon arrival and seeing the room we we're very happy! Rooms have been renovated and meets expectations. Great location and still very close to central Noosa.
Nothing, very happy with the stay! However, if you're a light sleeper bring some earplugs. You can hear a bit of the pub noise and music. Didn't bother us but can imagine some people might not like that.

Great location for my needs
This particular room did not have electronic door lock, access code did not apply but also didn’t work on other doors in property. There was a hole in the door that you could see into the room ( near door handle) BUT upon seeing this and letting staff know my concerns, it was fixed within 10 mins. Could not fault the response of attention given.
