The staff was amazing they are so lovely and they will help you with everything. The breakfast was also so good and more than enough. The room was good and the riad was wonderfull.
Maybe some extra towels.

Riad Jnane Fès is absolutely stunning and truly feels like a palace. The architecture, beautiful Moroccan details, mosaic work, elegant courtyard, traditional décor, and spacious rooms made the stay very special. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including excellent air conditioning. Most importantly, the hospitality was exceptional—Ismail and Salahuddin went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay.
Honestly, there was very little we didn’t like. The property is beautiful and full of character, and we only wish we had stayed longer to enjoy it more.

The decor was beautiful and authentic, and the staff were very friendly, but overall it didn’t meet my expectations.
The room was full of mold, especially in the bathroom. There was an unbearable smell of sewage mixed with mold. The breakfast was poor, and the room was very cold.
