The apartment was very clean and offered excellent value for money. The neighborhood was quiet, with a metro station, a large supermarket, and a Mos Burger nearby (our kids were thrilled!). It had everything we needed from a fully equipped kitchen with even salt, a microwave, and a kettle, to a washing machine, dryer, detergent, and air conditioning. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The biggest downside was that there is no elevator, and the staircase is very narrow. Carrying large suitcases up and down was quite difficult. To be fair, this was mentioned in the listing, we simply overlooked it. Also, all the appliances are in Japanese, so I had to take photos of the buttons and ask ChatGPT what to press. Finally, the apartment is very compact. If you’re traveling with larger people or a lot of luggage, it may feel a bit cramped.
