A lovely, spacious, and spotless apartment. The private parking right outside the building adds extra convenience. A genuine 10/10 from us! We already know where we’ll be booking our accommodation for our next trip to Vienna. Highly recommended!

Spacious studio ideal for business stays. For me, the location was perfect 2 minutes walking distance from the business center. Also no contact check in which gives you flexibility. Nearby Hofer and Billa plus, shopping center, parking places and public transport bus stops.
Beware: not close to any sights and far if you want to take public transport
Very minor points:
The water pressure in the shower was fluctuating and made the water switch from hot to cold.
There was a distinct odor as though someone used to smoke in the apartment a long time ago and it lingered. Not too bad but if you’re a non-smoker, you will smell it.
The windows are super dirty, this is not the host’ fault, I’m sure the building owner does it, but it takes away from the view

Das Apartment war für unsere 4-köpfige Familie sehr groß und bot reichlich Platz für alles. Sogar das Sofa war ausgesprochen bequem. Man fühlt sich wie in einer Privatwohnung, da es an nichts fehlt: Im Bad standen Shampoos, Duschgels und Putzmittel bereit, und die Küche war mit einer großen Auswahl an Gewürzen und Utensilien perfekt ausgestattet.Die Zimmer sind nicht komplett voneinander abgetrennt. Das ist optimal gelöst, damit die Klimaanlage alle Räume erreicht. Die Klimaanlage selbst ist besonders schonend: Sie läuft sehr leise und mit angenehmer, nicht zu starker Leistung, sodass man sie problemlos die ganze Nacht eingeschaltet lassen kann.Ein großer Pluspunkt ist auch der reservierte Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Lage im Gebäude ist unschlagbar: Eine Treppe führt direkt hinunter in den Billa-Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss, der eine riesige Auswahl bietet. Zudem befindet sich direkt links im Hauseingang ein japanisches Restaurant. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Kühlschrank hat kaum funktioniert, war aber eingestellt. Alles blieb warm , Aufschnitt, Käse
