Good location for the event I travelled for. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi and TV had all the major apps for streaming (personal log in required). Decent bathroom that was nice and clean. Very close to a bus stop that gave direct links to Woolwich and Woolwich Arsenal stations, so overall very good connections into the city. Quiet location and overall felt very safe and secure.
The rug had some awful-looking stains and the duvet cover was torn so overall cleanliness of the room itself left a little to be desired. Bring bottled water because it's impossible to fill the kettle or water bottles from the tap due to the angle.

It was a good location for work and I felt very safe during my stay. Although it is an annexe in a garden, I also felt my privacy was maintained. It was clean and comfortable.
It was not as accessible as I would have liked. Very slim garden path with 2 locked gates to enter the property. Access to a fridge would have been a bonus

access to a kitchen would have been nice, there was no view so felt it was a bit stuffy and very hot even with the fan on all night
