Masa-san was very hospitable. The place itself is compact but very unique. The accommodation is new and surprisingly has all the key amenities like a hotel room. Once you know how to get around, it is quite easy to reach the Sakura Stage in Shibuya Station. We stayed during the end of summertime and the AC has been great to keep us cool during our stay.
The facilities are good, but while we don't necessarily need a kitchen during our stay, perhaps a microwave will be good to heat up food when we need to. Space is limited, but you could work around the room even if you have big luggage.

I liked even with the small space, it was easy to have “rooms” divided where needed.
Limited space however it was known Japan homes are small.

We loved the location! There were the perfect amount of amenities—toiletries, towels, etc. Exceptional design and thoughtfulness to the space. Small space by American standards yet well-designed and perfect for our 3-person family. We loved the Upside Down!
One challenge(for my husband, since he is 6’ 2”) were a couple of the ceiling/stair areas. 😅
Also, there’s a fair amount of city light that comes in at night—bring a good sleep mask. There were some provided and I also appreciated having my own bigger blackout sleep mask.

Great location.
This is not a 3 bedroom. This is a studio that can put 3 beds in different corners of the studio. There is no privacy. Bedrooms imply a door- there are no doors. Its one room.
