Good location, short walk to Leura. Basic accom but good for one person for a few nights and good that it was pet friendly.
There was a $30 per night pet fee that was charged in addition to the booking.com rate.
The curtains were sheer I would have preferred a bit more privacy.

The location was great. It was handy to everything we wanted to see.. The washing machine is a big plus when travelling.
The description was misleading. It is NOT a 1 bedroom accommodation. It is a studio. The yard is shared with the house but is overgrown and we had difficulty untangling the clothesline to use.
There was only one knife and one large bowl so obviously not replaced when needed
The electricity is such that you can only use a couple of appliances at a time. An electrician had to be called. It was overpriced for what it offered. The possum on the roof at night and the dog next door barking didn't add to our comfort.
