Nice value for the money

For a short stay it’s perfect! A lot of shops nearby, metro stations as well, easy access and all necessary amenities

It can get quite warm on the second floor but it wasn’t a problem for us in the end

Good Stay, but the ‘New’ Apartment... Needs Maintenance and repairs!

The appartement is comfortable, the location is good, to park the car is an adventure but with some resilience you will find a spot available nearby, or the paid park at Palácio Vista Alegre.

In the downstairs bedroom, particularly the ceiling, it is damaged and darkened by damp and old damage, likely caused by a past leak from the bathroom in the upstairs rooms. The bedroom walls and skirting boards also show signs of damp and previous damage. It requires maintenance and repairs! The address available is correct, but it's not easy to understand that is the apartment number 2 at the number 37! I was knocking the door at the number 37 without success, I've tried to contact the proprietary without success in that time, but finally I've walked a few meters bellow and I've found the number 1 and then the number 2 (the one I've stayed). The signaling or the description or the description may help!

Great stay. Would book it again without question.

Close to the Palacio Vistalegre Arena like we needed, and the area had everything we needed; supermmarkets right on the corner, many bars and cafe's to grab a drink or a bite to eat.

Amplio y despajado

Falta espacio de almacenamiento, como alguna estantería en las habitaciones. Las sabanas con manchas. Las sartenes y cacerolas están para cambiar.

Łóżka i kanapa była wygodna , kuchnia dobrze wyposażona , blisko metro i Aldi.

Wilgoć , pleśń i karaluchy w sypialni. Brudne podlogi.Bardzo słabe wifi nie da się oglądać filmu. Pęknięty wąż od prysznica ,odpadająca klamka od drzwi łazienki, głośno chodząca klimatyzacja. Drzwi bezpośrednio na ulicę ,w nocy ktoś nam dzwonił do drzwi i ruszał klamka . Jednego dnia po powrocie z miasta zastaliśmy uchylone drzwi. Nie wiem dlaczego ludzie oceniają ten apartament jako dobrą lokalizację, żeby dotrzeć do centrum jedziesz 10 przystanków metrem
