Comfortable well appointed home away from home.
I know we are in the era of technology, however I feel some human interaction is essential. All communication and instruction for check in, appliance use and check out via e-mail/messaging which was clear and good as a resource. We did have a few issues that required attention. I reached out via the phone # provided and spoke to a person at your call center that referred me to send messages to the email provided to resolve. This felt very disconnected. I did email out both times and our issues were resolved with lack of any real human check in. Perhaps one person on-site who is your “face of hospitality” would be welcomed.
Also, at least one hook for a hand towel in the bathroom and one in the kitchen would be helpful from a utility standpoint.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Londres. A 50m d'une station de métro sur une ligne qui permet d'être dans le centre en deux stations. Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé et très propre.

Very clean and modern, nice to have some additional space to relax in after a busy day. Kitchen seemed well equipped, although we didn't do any cooking. Proximity to the subway was good. Check in and check out was easy.
The immediate area around the accommodation offers little and to be very honest, is just not that nice. To have any descent options for eating, it is at least a 20 minute walk (there are a few options closer but not many). The cooling system only brings down the temperature by a few degrees, so it can be very warm in the unit (fans certainly helped). Because there is no reception, if you arrive before check in, your only option is to just wait or find a place to store your luggage, which is a hassle after a day of traveling and we would not have been comfortable storing our luggage anywhere in the immediate area.
