Big 4 was close to the Blue Lake and not too busy, enjoyable stay.

The Big 4 had all the facilities and although we didn't try out the new pool area it looked great. The location was within walking distance to the Blue Lake to view. The unit was small but comfortable and very clean.

We didn't like that the units were too close to each other, that you could see into the next unit and therefore had to have blinds closed. We could also hear the noises coming from next door units. More space between would have been better. If we chose to come again we get a bigger unit.

Great place , could do with some fine tuning

Beautiful and green

That the new swimming pool doesn’t have a defibrillator and clear cpr instructions and is uncontrolled chaos, people were being injured left right and centre with no safety controls other than parents. The lack of a cafe or milk bar after 6pm, it’s your busiest time of year and your closed🤷 if you stayed to about nine you’d be busy

Enjoyable and well located for our golf tournament.

Comfortable and well maintained. Clean.

Perhaps either extra blankets or electric blankets in winter would be a plus.

Lovely big room

We stayed in a cottage and it was very spacious with kitchen including oven and full size fridge. Loved the gas fireplace which made it very cosy! The park is very neat and well maintained.

Everything we needed was in the Unit. We were able to travel back into the town centre easily. A very nice setting and lots of light in the Unit. A restful place for us. Met our needs.

The keypad was difficult with a higher vehicle.

no instructions for the gas heater (my partner cut his finger on the glass that was broken inside), no dvd player. the park knew I was going to be late, but no lights were left on (outside light)

Great location across from the Blue Lake - close to the BMX which was the reason for my stay.

General location by the Blue Lake; Lakeside villa is a lovely home away from home, park cleanliness; and general feeling of space is great. Beds are comfy, and facilities in the villas are great.

Out of the control of the business I guess - but there no longer being a pool available (a new indoor one is being constructed); and the jumping pillow out of action. These were two of the main reasons I chose the location (having stayed here a number of times). With kids to entertain - that's a deal breaker for me. I was advised that the pool wasn't going to be available - but at the time advised, it was too late to book elsewhere being a long weekend (plus, I'd already paid in full). Cost of living is increasing - the Villas aren't a cheap option if you don't have other facilities at the park to use. That said the BMX kids always love staying where they can play together.

A lovely stay, we cooked and used the space well for only one night. It was a pleasure.

Very high standard with modern clean decor. Looked like it was newly renovated. Very homely and comfortable I would like to have stayed longer. Lush gardens outside our balcony gave a feeling of being in a jungle. Quiet and peaceful.

Our budget cabin was very spacious in the living area (tons of cupboards everywhere, including the bedroom) but the space between the wall and the bed (both sides) was very restrictive. Claustrophobic husband preferred a single bunk bed - that's a first! The beds were comfy and the heater worked well.
